News: The Bike Project

A few years ago, two dads and their kids decided to do something practical to help families in need.
These dads bought some bikes and took them to Mission Arlington’s Christmas Store.
These dads invited others families to join their efforts. Two years ago, they donated 12 bikes to Mission Arlington.
Last year, they brought in 80 bicycles.
This year, the group of committed folks is taking their efforts to an entirely different level. T
They have created a website called “Bikes for Mission Arlington.” Click on the link to learn more.
Last year, Mission Arlington donated 2,500 bicycles to children and youth.
Another group of volunteers works steadily throughout the year to rebuild bikes coming into the Mission which need repair.
Bring a bike by Mission Arlington, and/or check out how you can support the “Bike for Mission Arlington” project cited above.
Because of your generosity, it will be a wonderful Christmas for so many young people.
We are grateful!
