For 20 years, YMCA’s Indian Guides have made Mission Arlington a part of their Thanksgiving service.

200 Indian Guides helped Mission Arlington Get Ready for ThanksgivingThis year was no different.

Dads, a few moms, and their children, show up at Mission Arlington in force to help the mission get ready for Thanksgiving.

Like an army on a mission, more than 200 volunteers separated and sorted mixed boxes of food into individual boxes of green beans, corn, and other Thanksgiving items.

In a matter of three hours, on a chilly November morning, 300 boxes of mixed food are ready to go.

Many of the parents shared how much they and their children look forward to this event every year.

Because of this wonderfully, committed group of people, Mission Arlington is closer to being ready for Thanksgiving morning.

We are grateful for the consistent, sacrificial, and generous support of this community.
