2 young girls attending the baseball game with Mission Arlington

This week, thanks to the generosity of a donor, Mission Arlington took several hundred children and youth to see a Texas Rangers’ baseball game.

It’s hard to believe, especially in a town with so much emphasis on professional sports, that many of Arlington’s young people have never experienced a game.  This week, they did.

One student told her Bible study leader that she was practicing her “surprise face,” so that she would best be able to express the joy she felt at attending her first game.

A second young person told her Bible study leader that she was going to keep her tickets forever - just to show her family and friends that she had actually been at a Texas Rangers game.

Misison Arlington loves to love children.  Thank you so much for all you do to help make it possible.
