Remington College’s Fort Worth campus donates peanut butter and jelly to Mission Arlington.
The students in the National Technical Honor Society at Remington College - Fort Worth Campus decided to collect jars of peanut butter and jelly - 108 jars to be exact - to donate to the mission to assist us in caring for the more than 1,000 people who come through our front doors every day.
The college asked their studets to imgie what it would be like for a child participating in a summer sport who has not had breakfast or lunch. A simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich will go along way towards helping that child’s stamina, physical energy, ad enjoyment of the activity.
The Mission Arlington family is so grateful for this support, and for the partnership.
Working together like this, we can truly make a difference in the lives of our community’s children.
