Dallas Baptist University and Mission Arlington - Side by Side

Dallas Baptist University honored Mission Arlington this past week as its “Co-Curricular Service Learning Partner” of the year.

Dallas Baptist University Students Make A Difference!

The University has made service one of its top priorities, believing that students learn when they give back to the community, just as they learn when they sit in a classroom.

DBU Student helping in a youth event at Mission ArlingtonA Dallas Baptist University student serves along side Mission Arlington almost every day of the year.  They work as counselors in Mission Arlington’s front room, or by folding clothes and sorting food out back. They load trucks with furniture and help children with their homework out in the community.

When they work at Mission Arlington, these energetic students inspire those around them. They work hard. They love people, and they have fun doing it.  Mission Arlington is grateful for the partnership with this wonderful University, and for the students they send.

Mission Arlington looks forward to many more years of serving alongside our partners and friends at Dallas Baptist University
