Gratitude

Gratitude is sometimes expressed with tears, laughter or just smiles. 

We have the joy of passing on your gifts of love to those in need and want to thank you for your faithfulness.

Recently a family came to Mission Arlington who had lost everything when their home burned. 

I heard one of our volunteers tell the family, “You can get everything here that will replace what you have lost.” 

The volunteer then took the family to our clothing room, toy room, and the “things” room (where they could find dishes, pots and pans, pictures for the walls and other much needed items for their home). 

What a blessing that people can come to Mission Arlington to receive what they need, along with big hugs and the real Story of God’s love. 

We have had the privilege of doing this consistently for 23 years, and look forward to many more years together as we help the people in our community.
