2010 Curriculum (New)

  1. Life of Christ - Lessons from John

    Forty-seven lessons from the book of John for 2010. These lessons were originally published in 2006.

  2. Through the Old Testament in 2 years - Part 2
    Forty-seven Old Testament lessons for 2010.  Continue your walk through the Old Testament.  These updated lessons were originally published in 2002-2003 and when completed, will replace those lessons.

  3. Philippians - Rejoice in the Lord!
    A study of the Apostle Paul’s letter to the church in Philippi.  Prominent themes in the letter include joy, unity, and humility.


Life of Christ Curriculum


  1. Life of Christ - Matthew
    Revised Edition 2007. Originally published in 2003.  Consists of forty-seven lessons.

  2. Life of Christ - Mark
    Revised Edition 2008. Originally published in 2005.  Consists of forty-eight lessons.

  3. Life of Christ - Luke (Revised Edition)
    Forty-seven Life of Christ lessons for 2009 explore the Gospel of Luke.  These updated lessons were originally written in 2004.

  4. Life of Christ - Lessons from John
    Originally published in 2006.  Consists of forty-nine lessons.  [A revised edition of these lessons is currently underway and published each week as new curriculum (above).  In January 2011, these lessons will be replaced with the revised edition.]


Old Testament Curriculum

  1. Old Testament Lessons (1 Year Plan)
    Originally published in 2004.  Consists of fifty-two lessons.

  2. Through the Old Testament in 2 years - Part 1
    Forty-seven Old Testament lessons for 2009.  Take a walk through the Old Testament.  These updated lessons were originally published in 2002-2003 and when completed, will replace those lessons.

  3. Old Testament Lessons (2 Year Plan)
    Originally published in 2002-2003. [A revised edition of these lessons is currently underway and published each week as new curriculum (above).  In January 2011, these lessons will be replaced with the revised editions.]

  4. Families of the Old Testament
    This approach seeks to focus on the Bible story from the perspective of a family. Each lesson will encourage prayer (which includes listening to God), looking at the action of the family in the story, looking at God’s response, and looking at the manner in which God’s mercy is revealed. One section will aid teachers to help their pupils know Christ.  Consists of forty-eight lessons.


Other Curriculum

  1. Survey - Acts to Revelation
    A survey of New Testament books from Acts to Revelation, these studies are intended for children already familiar with the four gospels.  Consists of fifty-one lessons.

  2. God’s Big Plan
    Originally published in 2007. Chronological Bible Storying from Genesis to Revelation. This approach focuses on sharing God’s Word through stories that can be remembered and retold by anyone, no matter their level of literacy.  Consists of forty-seven lessons.

  3. What We Believe
    Fundamentals of Faith. Basic information that is essential to understanding one’s relationship with the Lord.  These lessons, have replaced Life of Christ: A Basic Overview.  Consists of forty-eight lessons.

  4. You Will Be My Witnesses
    Forty-seven lessons from the book of Acts originally published for 2009.  So Jesus lived and died - now what?  The work continues.  These lessons are an invitation to get out of the stands and start running the race.

  5. The Road to Success in Christian Living

    Thirteen Discipleship Lessons originally published for 2009.  Living the Christian life is not easy, but success is possible. Success in Christian living requires consistent effort. These lessons, coupled with the practice of them, will aid in that success.

  6. Prayer: Conversations with God
    Thirteen Discipleship lessons originally published for 2009.  Have you ever wondered what prayer really is?  Do you struggle to know how to pray?  These lessons will answer those questions and more.  Learn how to have a conversation with God.


The Epistles


  1. Get a Life! A Study of the book of Ephesians
    Twenty-two lessons from the book of Ephesians originally published in 2009.  This series teaches Christians about relationships and unity.  Paul begins with our relationship with God, in Christ, and continues with a study of the unity of the  church and relationships within the church.  Christians are to have moral and loving relationships in society, as well as in marriage and family.  The letter concludes with God’s provision of “armor” for the Christian in dealing with Satan, who is the enemy of good relationships.

    Ten lessons from the book of Acts published as Mission Arlington’s Summer Curriculum 2007.
  2. Jonah: A Study in Obedience and Attitude
    Eight lessons from the book of Jonah published as Mission Arlington’s Summer Curriculum 2008.
  3. The Persian Press

    Eight lessons from the book of Esther published as Mission Arlington’s Summer Curriculum 2009.


Christmas Curriculum

    Christmas lessons originally published for 2007.  Experience the Christmas story by knowing Jesus’ name.

  2. Fundamental Questions (for Adults)
    The Life of Christ curriculum is designed to teach unchurched adults who may not know the fundamentals of Jesus’ life. A memory verse and application questions are included.
