Christina is serving as a missionary at Mission Arlington

Young people from all across North America are on their way to serve at Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex for the summer.

Between the ages of 16 and 21, these Mission Arlington Summer Missionaries give their hearts, their time, and their energy to serve the Lord with their summer.  They do this instead of something else, because of their commitment to Christ.  He is the one who has called them here.

They will get up early and stay up late.  They will give up many of the comforts of home, such as watching television, using the computers, or just hanging out with friends.

They will help here at the mission caring for the people who come in for help every day, and they will work out in Mission Arlington’s Bible studies and congregations.

They will use their gifts to serve the Lord, and they will be an amazing support to the work of the Lord through Mission Arlington.

The truth is that these precious, gifted, and committed young people will become a part of the Mission Arlington family.  Several former missionaries come back each year just to check in, and some stay to work.  We continue to keep in touch, and to pray with and for them.  This year will be no different.

Please pray with us as we get prepared for the summer season.  Pray for the summer missionaries as they arrive, and as they serve the Lord here.  Pray that God will use their faithfulness to reach more people in His Name!
