Stories: College Students Spread the Word

Four hundred (400) students with Campus Crusade came to Mission Arlington®/Mission Metroplex® on January 3rd to share the good news of Jesus Christ in our community.

These dedicated and energetic college students gathered at the Mission Arlington® campus downtown. They prayed together, gathered food and household items from Mission Arlington® for distribution, then dispersed into twenty different locations across our community.

They knocked on doors, cleaned up neighborhoods, gave away bread & brownies and delivered furniture. Before the afternoon was over, eight different people had accepted Christ as their savior.  Many other needs were discovered that Mission Arlington® will follow up with.

These students were such a joy to work with. Their energy and clear love for Christ were an encouragement to the Mission Arlington®/Mission Metroplex® staff.

We are grateful for our partnership with Campus Crusade, and with each of you who help us make a difference in our community.

What a great way to start the new year.
