It’s fun to volunteer at Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex.

Teams of people from across North America came this past year to lend a helping hand.

In fact, 1,310 different groups of people (churches, student groups, corporate employees, civic clubs, and more) made it to our offices downtown, so that families in need could receive help.

The average group size was 25, but some groups were very small, and some came with more than 100 at one time.

Mission Arlington maintains a small work force, meaning that it takes more than 2,500 volunteers each week to accomplish our ministry here.  Group volunteers are a big part of helping things here go well.

Most groups came from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but one group came all the way from Washington St. Others came from places as far away as Kentucky or North Carolina.

Thank you so much for all your help in 2009. You are much appreciated.

If you want to bring your team to serve at Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex, call 817-277-6620. Ask for Jim or Wanda.
