News: People helped in 2009

In 2009, Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex helped 202 families per day with emergency needs. 795 people per day received food, clothing, furniture, and emergency financial assistance.

People received help at Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex last year 223,868 times through our “front room.” As the economic crisis in our country continued, it wasn’t unusual for more us to provide assistance to more than 1,000 people each day.

We are able to help, because you continue to give. You give, and the people receive.  The Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex family simply transfers your gifts to the people who need it most.

We report these numbers, because we want you to know the results of your sacrificial, selfless giving. It is also important for us to be accountable to you as your partner in ministry to hurting families in our community.

We are grateful to be part of such a giving community. Thank you for the privilege of working together.
