One hundred forty (140) high school students from the Ovilla Christian School came to Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex today.
In the morning, these students helped move food from one location to another, and they helped to get a head start on next year’s Christmas store.
In the afternoon, these dedicated and hard working young people led Rainbow Express, Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex’s version of a back yard bible club.
This week marks the beginning of the Rainbow Express season. Each week through the first of September, Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex hosts these backyard Bible clubs in neighborhoods all across our community.
Students enjoy Bible stories, crafts, snacks, games, music, and a lot of personal attention from student groups around the country.
The Mission Arlington family is so grateful for students like these from Ovilla Christian High School who give themselves to make a difference in the lives of children.
We are so appreciative too for your constant support. Thank you so much.
